Net 30 Payment Terms

Terms. Payment is due Net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum allowed by Nevada law, whichever is lower.

Accepted Payment. ACH / bank transfer (preferred), check payable to GO4THEWIN Inc. (dba 4Winners Merch), or credit card. Credit-card payments over $1,000 incur a 3% processing surcharge.

Credit Investigation. Customer authorizes 4Winners Merch to contact the bank and trade references listed above and to obtain a business credit report.

Right to Modify. 4Winners Merch may modify or revoke credit terms at any time based on payment history or credit review.

Collection. Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees, in the event of default.

Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue for any disputes shall be in Clark County, Nevada.
