Return and Refund Policy

At 4Winners Merch and GO4THEWIN Inc., we take pride in the quality of our custom products. Because our items are manufactured to your specific specifications, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Custom Orders (Final Sale)
All custom orders are Final Sale. Once production has begun, orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Because these items are uniquely created for you, they cannot be resold to other customers.
2. Approval Process
To ensure your order is correct, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the following prior to production:
- Artwork proofs (spelling, colors, and placement)
- Product quantities and sizing
- Final pricing
Any changes requested after your final approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If there is a manufacturing defect or the final product significantly differs from your approved proof, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- To report an issue, email web@4winnersmerch.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- If we determine a production error occurred on our end, we will, at our discretion, either replace the affected items or issue a partial credit.
4. Shipping & Damages
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- If an order is lost or damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of the carrier’s "Delivered" timestamp so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- We do not guarantee replacements for damages occurring outside of our direct control.
