Shipping Policy

At 4Winners Merch and GO4THEWIN Inc., we want to ensure your custom orders reach you as safely and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Delivery Timeframe

Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, our standard turnaround time—including both production and shipping—is 10 to 14 business days.

  • This timeframe begins only after you have provided final approval for your artwork and order details.
  • Delays in approving proofs or making payment will result in a delayed delivery date.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of your order.

  • While we strive to meet our 10–14 business day delivery window, please note that shipping transit timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather, peak holiday seasons, or third-party carrier issues (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

3. Order Tracking

Once your custom order has completed production and is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier’s system.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Clients are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of order approval.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
  • We cannot reroute packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

While we take great care in packaging your custom items, damages or losses can occasionally occur in transit.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us at web@4winnersmerch.com within 48 hours of the carrier’s "Delivered" timestamp. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check your surrounding property and with neighbors. If it is still missing, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Please Note: We do not guarantee replacements or refunds for items lost, stolen, or damaged due to circumstances outside of our direct control.
