3. Orders & Payments

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs, quantities, and pricing prior to production. Late payments may result in order delays and could incur additional fees. If an order is canceled due to non-payment, we reserve the right to withhold any materials or artwork.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays due to third-party carriers. If an order is lost or damaged during shipment, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, but we do not guarantee replacement for damages outside of our control.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages (up to 4 per week) related to orders, billing, or promotions.

  • Opt-out: Reply “STOP” at any time.
  • Privacy: We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability
