Custom Embroidery in Las Vegas
Embroidery is stitched into the garment, not printed on top of it. It does not crack, peel or wash off, and on a polo, cap or jacket it reads as more expensive than any print — which is exactly why it is the standard for uniforms, corporate wear and client gifts. We digitize and stitch in our own North Las Vegas facility.

Minimum quantities
The embroidery minimum is 12 pieces. It is lower than screen printing because there are no screens to burn — once your logo is digitized, the machine simply runs it. Need fewer than 12, or a single personalized jacket? Call us; we do take one-off embroidery jobs, they are just priced per piece rather than at bulk rates.
Digitizing is a one-time step per logo. Reorders of an already-digitized logo skip it entirely.

Those are garment-only prices before decoration. A standard left-chest logo is the least expensive placement; large full-back designs and high stitch counts cost more. Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts at artwork approval, not at checkout, so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control.

How much does custom embroidery cost?
Garment plus stitching. Blank caps start at $1.70, polos at $13.00 and woven shirts at $45.90 in our catalog, and stitching is priced by stitch count and number of placements. A left-chest logo on a polo is the most common and least expensive configuration.
What is digitizing and do I pay for it every time?
Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file the machine can read. It is a one-time step per logo. We keep the file, so every reorder skips it and matches the original exactly.
How long does embroidery take?
10–14 business days after proof approval, with rush options available.
Can you embroider hats and 3D puff logos?
Yes. Flat and 3D puff cap embroidery are both standard, in front, side and back placements.
Can you add individual names?
Yes. Send a name list with the order and we will personalize each garment. It adds a little production time, so build that into your deadline.
Should I choose embroidery or screen printing?
Embroidery for polos, caps, jackets, bags and anything premium or uniform-facing. Screen printing for bulk t-shirts and hoodies where cost per piece matters. Fine detail and small text stitch poorly at small sizes — we will flag that before production.
Can you embroider garments I already own?
Usually yes. Call first so we can confirm the fabric and construction will hoop properly.
